Andrew Jose has been a professional hair stylist for over 20 years and is known for being one of the most established hairdressers of his generation. At the age of 16, Andrew Jose began his career at Vidal Sassoon. There he was the youngest stylist and staff trainer to receive many accolades and gained the respect from many of his peers and colleagues. After eight years, Andrew became the Global Director of Image and Education at Vidal Sassoon for 10 more years. His determination and passion for hair fashion helped him succeed in opening his first salon in 1995 in London.
Over the years, Andrew Jose has built a celebrity cliental and is in high demand to be the hair stylist for many fashion shows in Milan, London, and Paris. He is most celebrated for his dedication to produce healthy, wearable hair for all of his clients. Andrew Jose has been nominated six times for “British Hair Dresser of the Year” and is the chosen stylist for Look Model Agency. He is also an active member in the Fellowship of British Hairdressers.
In 2004, Andrew Jose started his own line of hair products called J-Life and Healthy Hair. He was inspired by his love of surfing and winter sports along with his commitment to wearable, healthy hair to create these hair care lines. J-Life is the line used in the Andrew Jose Salon and other professional salons around the world.
